palestinian Women's Tawazun Association
From the heart of Palestine, Tawazun Association was born as a feminist cry for justice and defends women's rights in the face of oppression, discrimination, and societal violence
We are an independent, non-profit women’s and youth organization that seeks to empower Palestinian women legally, economically, psychologically, and morally, and to enhance their participation in building a just and balanced society. We believe that women are capable of change and creating a free and secure future for themselves and their communities
Founding Body :
The Founding Body consists of a group of young men and women who believe in women’s rights and their role in community development, and in defending their rights in all local and international forums. They all came together to establish this association in accordance with Palestinian law on associations, in line with local and international laws, to support women and preserve their rights .
A Palestinian society in which justice and equality are achieved, and in which women are full partners in development and decision-making.

At Tawazun Palestinian Women’s Association, we work to achieve the following goals:
1. Empower Palestinian women and girls socially and economically, especially in marginalized areas.2. Combat all forms of violence against women, including domestic, sexual, and economic violence.
3. Promote legal and human rights awareness among women and provide free legal support when needed.
4. Support women wholeheartedly in all aspects of life by engaging them in community work and providing training workshops to develop women as pioneers, leaders, and decision-makers.
5. Raise the voice of Palestinian women in local and international forums through advocacy and influence campaigns.
6. Promote the mental health and social support of women under difficult circumstances.
7. Provide training programs to develop women’s professional and leadership skills.
8. Build strategic partnerships with local and international organizations that advocate for women’s issues.
